Construction : Timber + Steel framing, Concrete Tiled Roofing, Reclaimed Sandstone Retaining Walls,  Painted Cavity Brick External Walls, Timber Doors +  Windows, Oak Floorboards + Internal Plantation Shutters.

                         

Location : Northern Beaches, Sydney
